NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 5, 2010 and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on June 17, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 003615, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. COASTAL STATES MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff and FRANK D. McCLANAHAN; MICHELLE N. McCLANAHAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEZA VASTAG and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 29th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 6, FAIRVIEW PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 188, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
