NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated June 27, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-006860 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Asset Backed Securities Corporation Home Equity Loan Trust, Series OOMC 2006-HE3, Plaintiff and William B. Voight, Jr. and Anita E. Voight, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., on August 2, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 45, OF RIVERWALK VILLAGE CYPRESS BANKS, SUBPHASE E, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE(S) 105 THROUGH 110, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
