NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2011-CC-1447 of the County Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Riviera Dunes Marina Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and JAMISON J. JENKINS and WILLIAM R. JENKINS are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m., on the 29 day of JULY, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit S-17 RIVIERA DUNES MARINA, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1831, Pages 2330 through 2425, and any amendments thereto, and as per the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 31, Pages 49 through 54, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
