NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-010971 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Ellenton, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 11:00 AM on the 26th day of July, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 33 COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES PHASE 4A, 4B, 5A & 5B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF. RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 195, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
