RIDICOLOSO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; REGIONS BANK D/B/A AMSOUTH BANK; LANDMARK AT POINTE WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 07/27/2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

A-307, LANDMARK AT POINTE WEST 1, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1133, PAGES 3424 THROUGH 3527, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS SHOWN IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 94 - 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
