NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 004779 SC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and , CARRIE GRACE; and PEGGY THOMPSON; and CITY OF NORTH PORT; and CHRISS DEWITT are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 A.M. on the 25TH day of JULY, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21 LESS THE WEST 60 FEET, AND THE WEST 50 FEET OF LOT 20, BLOCK 1833, 38TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE(S) 5, 5A THROUGH 5B, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
