NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-006250-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank, National Trust Company, as Trustee for American Home Mortgage Assets Trust 2006-5 Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-5, Plaintiff and Eugene Franklin McDaniel a/k/a Eugene F. McDaniel a/k/a Eugene McDaniel are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 9:00 A.M. on September 16, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 534, VENICE GARDENDS, UNIT NO. 9, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 83 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
