NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 001671 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and TABATHA T. WILLIAMS, CLERK OF COURT OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC., STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 17 day of August, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. on Sarasota County's Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK A, IRVINGTON HEIGHTS, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, AT PAGE211-A, A/K/A SOUTH 1/2 OF BLOCK E, IRVINGTON HEIGHTS, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
