NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Amended Final Summary or Default Judgment on Amended Verified Complaint,” entered in the above-styled action in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of Sarasota County will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, as described below at a Public Sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on July 21, 2011, at 9:00 a.m.:
Units B104, C101, C102, C105 and C106, of MARLIN GATE CENTER FOR COMMERCE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Instrument 2006056539, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 39, page 14 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.

Unit No. A103, Phase 1, of the Marlin Gate Center for Commerce, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in Instrument No. 2006056539, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Page 14, Public Records of Sarasota, Florida;
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
