Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA County, Florida; I will sell the property situated in SARASOTA County, Florida described as:
LOT 25, BLOCK 93, 7TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE, AS PER THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 19, 19A THRU 19N, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1360 Franklin Lane, North Port, FL 34286, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes., on July 22nd, 2011, at 9:00 A.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
