HART; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; VILLAGE OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 28th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
