NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2011 and entered in Case No. 09-27984-CC-M, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein EGYPT LAKE BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and and NILDA GISPERT, and UNKNOWN TENANT n/k/a CHAZ DELATORRE are Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 2 day of August, 2011, at 10 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 203B, of Building B, EGYPT LAKE BEACH CLUB, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 4916, Page 438 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida: together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 9, Page 75, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
