NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2011 and entered in Case No. 10-CC-000854-I, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PARSONS POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JAMES QUINTANA and KATHRINE QUINTANA are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 5 day of August, 2011, at 2 p.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 28, Block D, PARSONS POINTE, PHASE I, UNIT B, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 92, Page 32, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
