Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Ex parte order resetting sale of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 1, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 4, BLOCK 17, VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE-PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGE (S) 66 THROUGH 88, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 6240 OLIVEDALE DRIVE, RIVERVIEW, FL 33569; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on August 4, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
