NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2011, and entered in Case No.: 2008-CA-004839-SC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota, County, Florida, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com/ at 9:00 am on the 25th day of July, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, TOWNS AT LAKESIDE, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 38, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
