Notice is given that pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment for Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs entered June 29, 2011 in Case No.: 11-CC-09344, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which, Plaintiff is KINGS LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. and the Defendants are MICHAEL W. FECK and DEBRA L. FECK, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 P.M. on August 5, 2011 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 20, Block 2, Kings Lake Phase 1A, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 88, Page 80, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Also known as: 12921 Lake Vista Drive, Gibsonton, Florida 33534.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from this sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
