NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 1, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-13333, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein BANKATLANTIC, etc., Plaintiff, and MARK P. VALERIO, et al, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL at 10:00 a.m. on the 12 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 71, PALM BAY PHASE 2, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 74, Page 8, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
