TO: THE ESTATE OF THOMAS A. PICKERING AND UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF THOMAS A. PICKERING, DECEASED, if living, and if deceased, any respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against them, and all parties having any right, title or interest in the property herein described including heirs, devisees and creditors of them.
The property herein described is as follows:
Unit 95-A, LAKE TIPPECANOE CONDOMINIUM, according to the Amended Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 923, Pages 416 and amended in Book 987, Page 114 and as amended and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 5, Pages 11 and 11A, and as amended of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint for foreclosure of Claim of Lien has been filed and commenced in this court by LAKE TIPPECOANOE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on David J. Fredericks, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication or 8/1/11; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW NEWSPAPER.
