BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and JAMES LARKIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES LARKIN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 25th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
