NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 29 2010 CA 005811 of the Circuit Court of the Hillsborough County Circuit Court (FL), Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 11 day of August, 2011, at: 2:00 p.m. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, Relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 3, MAYS SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 94 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH A MANUFACTURED HOME - CRAFTMADE LEADER 2002 - RP #C02206AGA AND RP #C02206BGA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
