NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 8, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-020352 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 9 day of August, 2011, at: 10:00 a.m. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 9, BUILDING NO. 20, OF VICTORIA TERRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE III ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 54, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4451, PAGE 418 ET SEQ., AND THIRD AMENDMENT RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4540, PAGE 1561, AND FOURTH AMENDMENT RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4576, PAGE 1253, AND PHRASING AMENDMENT FOR PHASE III RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4672, PAGE 1737, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
