Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a final a final judgment of foreclosure July 8, 2011 in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as follows:
Lot 7, Block 15, Gateway Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 9, Page 56, in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
at public sale, in the presence of the Plaintiff, to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the second floor, Rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, on the 11 day of August, 2011, at 2:00 p.m., pursuant to the terms of the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
