TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ABOVE ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that there has been no Personal Representative of the estate to whom letters of administration have been issued, and that the publication and notice requirement of Florida Statute Section 733.212 have not been discharged; as a result the name and address of the Co-Trustee of a trust established on November 18, 1997, by the decedent as a Grantor thereof, and as described in Florida Statute Section 733.707(3) are hereby provided:
Roger Caruso and Carmella Rankin Co-Trustees of the Carmen George Federika Revocable Trust Agreement under trust dated November 18, 1997, c/o Roger Caruso, 16110 Country Crossing Dr., Tampa, Fl 33624
All persons having such claims against the estate who are served with a copy of this notice are required to file with the Trustee such claim within the later of three months after the date of the first publication of this notice or 30 days after the date of service of a copy of this notice on that person.
Persons having claims against the estate who are not known to the Trustee and whose names or addresses are not reasonably ascertainable, must file all claims against the estate within three months after the date of the first publication of this notice.
ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
