NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 24th day of March, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-16528, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and SUSAN LIGHTCAP A/K/A SUSAN R. LIGHTCAP; CASTEL DEL MARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 26th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 105, BUILDING 2, CASTEL MARE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1088, PAGE 1305, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGES 44, 44-A THROUGH 44-D, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
