NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 24TH day of March, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-20259, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JUDY M. GREEN; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; HCA INC. F/K/A COLUMBIA HEALTHCARE CORPORATION D/B/A COLUMBIA ENGLEWOOD COMMUNITY HOSPITAL; TUSCANY LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIAITON, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 26th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 34, BUILDING 6, TUSCANY LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2004070012, AS AMENDED; AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 36, PAGE 44, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
