NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 22nd day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 07-13212, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and CARL A. DORMAN A/K/A CARL DORMAN; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARL A DORMAN A/K/A CARL DORMAN; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 27th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 1, VENETIAN FALLS PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, AT PAGES 23 THROUGH 23X, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
