NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 24th day of March, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-09103, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and SYLVIA R KELLY; AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA) N.A; DODGE ENTERPRISE, INC; FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A., F/K/A BANK OF AMERICA; MJRA CORPORATION; WHISPERING OAKS OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LIZANNE VENETTA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SYLVIA R KELLY; LIZANNE VENETTA; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY,
are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 26th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
