NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 31st day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 000800 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA E. MOSS; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 29th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 65 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK 936, FIFTEENTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 14 AND 14A-14B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
