NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2007 CA 015984 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT3 is the Plaintiff and W. GLENN REDDEN; BENT TREE VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TERESA M. REDDEN AKA TERESA REDDEN A/K/A TERESA A. KEARNEY A/K/A TERESA ANNE MOURA, JANE DOE; JOHN DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 27th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BENT TREE VILLAGE, UNIT 2, AS PER THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 36, 36A THROUGH 36E, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
