NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of March, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 002231 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and TRACY and TRACY E. LAKE; LAS CASAS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. (INACTIVE), A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; DONALD G. LAKE A/K/A DONALD G.B. LAKE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TRACY E. LAKE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY,
are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 26th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT V-10, LAS CASAS, SECTION II, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1718, PAGE 1325 THROUGH 1394, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND PER PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 15 AND 15A THROUGH 15E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
