NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 017752 SC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and TRACY and JOHN W. MOONEY, II A/K/A JOHN WILLIAM MOONEY, II, GONDOLA PARK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK, THE COURTYARDS AT GONDOLA PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., VENTURA COMMERCE PARK, LLC, NANCY A. JORGES A/K/A NANCY ANN JORGES and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 27th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1406, BUILDING D, THE COURTYARDS AT GONDOLA PARK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS #2003096172, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 36, PAGE 10, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
