Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, entered in Case No. 2010 CC 003303 NC, in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WHITAKER BAYOU ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation is the Plaintiff and LINDA K. POST and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. (MERS), a Delaware corporation, acting solely as nominee for COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. are the defendants, I will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
condominium parcel: unit no. 107, of whitaker bayou, a condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in condominium plat book 33, page(s) 34, and being further described in that certain declaration of condominium recorded in official records instrument no. 1999093182, et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said declaration and condominium plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. all as recorded in the public records of sarasota county, florida.
at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes. Foreclosure sale to be conducted on the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on July 26, 2011.
