NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 30, 2011, in Case No. 2010-CA-006035-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Sarasota County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank and Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, is Plaintiff, and Phillip T. Bucknell, Lindsay D. Bucknell, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on-line at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00am or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 28th day of October, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, First Unit of First Bayside Club, SIESTA'S BAYSIDE, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 48 through 48C, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
