NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 27, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-011434-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and NICHOLAS NAYDIHOR; JODI JARVIS; CIARA BODIKER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR AMTRUST BANK, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; STATE OF FLORIDA; TENANT #1 N/K/A RONNIE KRZYZEWSKI are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 1st day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
