Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 06/29/2011, entered in Civil Case Number 58-2009-CA-021655 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein LIQUIDATION PROPERTIES, INC. is the Plaintiff, and DAVID L. UPP, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 37, Block 140, EIGHTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 20, 20A through 20ZZ, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM, on the 3rd day of August, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
