Final Judgment was awarded on June 24, 2011 in Civil Case No. 58-2009-CA-005623 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and, ROBERT K. LANGE; MELISSA J. LANGE; JOCKEY CLUB OF NORTH PORT PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION., INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants. The clerk of the court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on July 29, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, Block 2614, Fifty-Second Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, According to The Map or Plat Thereof as Recorded in Plat Book 21, Page(s) 13, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
