NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 24, 2011 in Civil Case No. 2009 CA 020701 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and, LORRAINE J. WEBER; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 AM on July 29, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
