NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will at 9:00 a.m. on the 26th day of September, 2011, at public sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, sell to the highest bidder, for cash, the following-described real property:
Lot 12, Block 34, 2nd Addition to North Port Charlotte Estates, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 44, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida

The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 2011 CA 00874 NC, FIRST COMMUNITY BANK OF AMERICA, Plaintiff vs. ROBERT J. LAPERGOLA, ET AL, Defendant.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
