NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed June 30, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-069382, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NICOLE FONTAINE; unknown spouse of NICOLE FONTAINE if any; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL ; DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CYPRESS LANDING ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITIBANK, N.A. F/K/A CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOES AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 28 day of September, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
