NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 28, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-069184 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS, MORTGAGE ASSET SECURITIZATION TRANSACTIONS, INC., FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST ASSET-BACKEDCERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-FF7 is the Plaintiff and MARIE BRZOBOHATY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIE BRZOBOHATY, and BOnita Springs UTILITIES INC. are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash conducted at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 29 day of August, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 14, of that certain subdivision known as imperial oaks, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of lee county, florida, in plat book 36 pages 72 and 73.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
