NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 30, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-ca-065854 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein aurora loans services, llc, Plaintiff, and lynda m. rostad; any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(S) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION, AS RECEIVER FOR RIVERSIDE BANK OF GUL F COAST, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 1 day of August, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
lot 24, block 6032, cape coral subdivision, unit 95, as recorded in plat book 25, pages 40 to 44, in the public records of lee county, florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
