NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed June 30, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010-CA-058523, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDER OF ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2004-HE5 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-HE5 is Plaintiff, and XAVIER DIGGS A/K/A XAVIAR DIGGS; MARY BLUE; STATE OF FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on October 28, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 16, BLOCK 2 OF N.S. BLOUNTS ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 5 OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This property is located at the Street address of: 2827 Blount Street, Fort Myers, FL 33916.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
