Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed on the 28 day of June, 2011, in Civil Action No. 08-CC-008416, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which CALUSA PALMS IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and RONALD MOORE is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 28 day of July, 2011, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Unit 204, Building 20 of Calusa Palms Vi Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 4789, Page 1403 and any amendments filed thereto of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common areas as described in such Declaration of Condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
