NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 29, 2011, and entered in 36-2010-CA-058667 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein bac home loans servicing, l.p. f/k/a countrywide home loans servicing, l.p., is a Plaintiff and MICHAEL S. HARRISON, TAMARA L. HARRISON, mortgage electronic registration systems, inc. as nominee for first AMNET MORTGAGE, INC. DBA AMERICAN MORTGAGE NETWORK OF FLORIDA, JOHN DOE, jane doe are the Defendants. Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 27 on October 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Commence at the SOUTH EAST COMER OF Section 3, Township 43 South, Range 27 East AND RUN NORTH 89°36'20” WEst, FOLLOWING THE SOUTH LINE OF SECTION 13, 282.68 FEET, thence North 0°04'05” eAst, 512.29 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 89°36'20” EAST, 282.68 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF SECTION 13, THENCE SOUTHWARD Following THE EAST LINE OF SECTION 13, 512.129 TO THE Point of Beginning, CONTAINING 3.3 ACRES MORE OR LESS. LESS ROAD R/W FOR SLATE HIGHWAY S.R. 78.
