notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-006204 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Richard Marhsall are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on August 1, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
tHAt certain condominium parcel composeD of aprtment no. 111, building c-4, lakewood condominium unit ii, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance and subjecT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 771, PAGES 917 THROUGH 952, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
