notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-000163 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, under Pooling and Servicing Agreement, Dated as of May 1, 2004, Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I, Inc. Trust 2004-HE3, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-HE3, Plaintiff and Capital Edge, LLC, as Trustee of the Village Land Trust Dated December 15, 2005 are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on August 1, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, EXCEPTING THE EAST 10 FEET, BLOCK B, POINCIANA VILLAGE UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
