notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-005664 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Nationwide Advantage Mortgage Company, Plaintiff and Robert Lee Lietzke, as Surviving Trustee of The Lietzke Family Trust Dated the 14th of February, 2006 are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on August 1, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
FAMILY UNIT NO. 14, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF ROYAL PARK VILLAS, INC. UNIT A, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 235, PAGES 939 THROUGH 957, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
