NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated the 20 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-010891, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A. AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ARM TRUST 2007-2, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and DOUGLAS BASHAW; MELA BARTE; ISLAND WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOUGLAS BASHAW; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELA BARTE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 1st day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41 OF ISLAND WALK TOWNCENTER A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33 AT PAGES 73 THROUGH 77, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
