MARTINEZ; SILVIA AVALOS; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 1st day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE EAST 330 FEET OF TRACT 106, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 12, SUBJECT TO A 20 FOOT ACCESS EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE NORTHERLY 20 FEET OF SAID PARCEL AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4 AT PAGES 105 AND 106 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND THE WEST 330 FEET OF TRACT 106, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 12, ALSO A 20 FOOT WIDE ACCESS EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE NORTHERLY 20 FEET OF EAST 330 FEET OF TRACT 106, GOLDEN ESTATES, UNIT NO. 12 AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4 AT PAGES 106 AND 106 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
