NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated June 30, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2011-CA-000512, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein deutsche bank national trust company, as trustee for ixis real estate capital trust 2006-he-2 mortgage pass through certificates, series 2006-he-2 is Plaintiff, and MAURICIO BENITEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAURICIO BENITEZ N/K/A MARIA BENITEZ, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A DIMPNA MUNOZ AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A SIMON MUNOZ are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at the First Floor Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 on the 1 day of August, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, IN BLOCK 202, OF GOLDEN GATE UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGES 124 THROUGH 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 5301 25th Avenue Southwest, Naples, FL 34116.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
